Course Description:
Mindfulness in Mysticism is an introductory course blending the practical techniques of mindfulness with a gentle exploration of the mind and soul’s mystical aspects by a Dharma talk. Rooted in evidence-based practices from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) approach, this course offers a structured, progressive journey to reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate emotional well-being.
Throughout this 8-week course, participants will engage in various mindfulness practices, explore the relationship between the mind and body, and gain a foundational understanding of the soul’s place in a mystical context. Whether you are new to mindfulness or seeking to integrate spirituality into your practice, this course provides a safe and supportive space for self-discovery and growth.

- Core mindfulness practices, including grounding, body-centered awareness, and mindful breathing.
- Emotional resilience techniques, such as stress relief meditations and emotion-centered practices.
