Each gathering begins with a calming guided meditation designed to quiet the mind, release stress, and help you reconnect with your inner balance. You’ll be gently guided step by step into a deeper state of relaxation and awareness.

🌀 Meditation Enhanced with hypnosis techniques
At times, we may incorporate light hypnosis techniques to deepen your focus and make the meditation more effective. Hypnosis can help quiet distractions, open the subconscious mind, and allow you to more fully benefit from the meditation process.

🌟 Gentle Group Hypnosis
Occasionally, we also offer a gentle group hypnosis session during these gatherings to encourage positive lifestyle shifts, such as improved sleep, healthier habits, or a calmer mindset, in a safe and supportive way.
