Group meditation offers a structured pause from this cycle, a guided space to settle the nervous system, release accumulated tension, support emotional balance, and reconnect with clarity and inner stillness, without needing to analyze, fix, or explain anything.

What happens in a our Gathering?

Each session follows a gentle and consistent structure:

1. Guided Group Hypnosis (Relaxation & Stress Relief)

We begin with a light, safe group hypnosis focused on:

  • calming the nervous system
  • easing mental overload
  • relaxing the body
  • guiding attention inward

It is simply a deep relaxation technique that helps quiet the thinking mind and prepare you for meditation.

You remain aware, in control, and comfortable throughout the process.


2. Silent Meditation Practice

After the guided relaxation, we move into guided silence.

This is a time to:

  • allow the mind to settle on its own
  • allow the body and nervous system to rest in stillness
  • experience presence in the moment without effort
