Course Based Session(s):
Our sessions will cover a wide range of practices, beginning with an introduction to meditation and simple grounding techniques. We will explore the body scan for relaxation and awareness, along with emotion-based meditation to connect with feelings in a healthy way. Visual-based meditation and meditation with movement will bring variety and flow into the practice, while mantra and silence meditation will guide you toward deeper focus and stillness. We will also learn about mudras, hand gestures that can enhance concentration and support the meditation experience.
Additionally, our session will provide a safe and friendly environment for you to share your experiences, expressing your feelings and thoughts freely.
