Join us for a serene and rejuvenating 30-minute hybrid (online and in-person) guided meditation session every Thursday via Zoom meeting. This session is designed to help you find peace, clarity, and balance amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced meditator, our sessions provide a welcoming space to deepen your practice and connect with your inner self.
Each gathering have three parts includes:
Grounding Techniques: Begin with grounding exercises to center your mind and body.
Short Silence Meditation: Take a brief pause in stillness to cultivate inner awareness and deepen your sense of presence.
Guided Meditation: Experience a calming guided meditation to release stress and enhance mindfulness.
Each week there is a different theme for the guided meditation. Some example of the themes:
