Join us for a serene and rejuvenating 30-minute online guided meditation session every Tuesday via Zoom meeting. This session is designed to help you find peace, clarity, and balance amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced meditator, our sessions provide a welcoming space to deepen your practice and connect with your inner self.
Each session might have different theme but it always includes:
Grounding Techniques: Begin with grounding exercises to center your mind and body.
Guided Meditation: Experience a calming guided meditation to release stress and enhance mindfulness.
Note: Sundays are mostly reserved for silent meditation.
